ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
We are running a sequel, the Calm Under Pressure Workshop 2.0, alongside world class International Guest Facilitators. This is Calm Under Pressure 1.0 but amplified on all levels. However, it’s not all about pushing you into stressful environments. An integral part of the workshop is our ability to shift into a calm, focused and creative state in stressful environments and as a daily practice.
You must have completed Calm Under Pressure 1.0 or have completed a 3-day Intensive with Dave Wood to be eligible for a spot on this workshop. The workshop will take place on the 28th and 29th of October 2023. Only one 2.0 workshop will be run each year.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
This is a 2-day workshop which will be run in Auckland on the 28th and 29th of October 2023. First day is at Piha Beach, second day is in Auckland City.
This is a deep dive into the science and skills of stress and sustainable peak performance.
This workshop is geared toward further optimising both physical and mental performance.
You will receive online work prior to the start of the workshop. This is to ensure that on the day of the workshop, you hit the ground running, ready to dive deeper into all aspects of our training.
THE DIFFERENCE
Calm Under Pressure 2.0 delves deeper into the science of stress, breathing development, nervous system regulation and peak performance.
The primary focus will be on enhancing your knowledge on the underlying mechanisms of stress, the science, research and practical applications pertaining to mental preparedness and peak performance.
The practical components of the workshop are more challenging and the mental components of the exercises demand a deeper level of mental stability and focus.
We have world leading experts attending this workshop who are going to impart their knowledge and skills on to you.
