How many times during the day do you meditate with using this meditation? I'm aware that you should meditate every time you feel to, but I don't understand exactly what Bob is suggesting at 20:03. Does he suggest to "reviewing this (does he refer the meditation or the life you want?) once a day, maybe twice" or is he saying "revealing"? Anyway, I'm really enjoying doing this meditation, I wanted just to make sure I was understanding what Bob was saying.

I’ve been listening to this for about a week now. The day after I first heard this I got the courage to fill out that foster parent application I’ve always was scared to fill out. I also started an online shop for a hobby I’ve had making jewelry. I know it’s only been a week but I can’t explain how much my life has changed. I can see my future being how I imagined it and instead of being afraid of failing I KNOW things will work out and I’ll be a foster parent one day without having to worry about finances because everything will work out. May whoever reads this have an abundance of health, wealth and happiness. May your life be filled with opportunities to prosper beyond your wildest dreams!!!!

I think Mr. @JD always wants to hear negative and doesn’t believe in himself so he is questioning to everyone’s comments, There is no need to provide you the testimonies, if you don’t believe then why are you in this video. There is no magic overnight.. It’s all about faith and consistency. I have received so many material things from this meditation and most significantly calmness and happiness which is the most essential treasure.

Even though Bob Proctor is no longer alive😢, he is still changing lives🙏 and saving lives💯 thank you for sharing this.

This is def starting to work for me, been doing it less than a month. I got my tax refund, my stimulus, a refund from United airlines and a new job in a ten day span.

UPDATE: I re-entered the contest one year later under the same category and won! It took one year for the manifestation to come but it did come! So grateful --- I did this for two weeks straight, visualizing my short film was the winner of the nomination for a film festival. I imagined exactly where I was going to sit, who was going to sit next to me, how the night was going to go, and all the contacts I would make through this opportunity. Although my short film was not the winner, EVERYTHING else I imagined became true. I am really grateful for this meditation and hope everyone else gets results out of it! Lots of love 💕

while i was watching this, i was laying down watching the stars on my roof. i have never in my 20 years of life seen a shooting star. so in the middle of the video i opened my eyes and said to myself, “i will see a shooting star.” and i kept that in my mind like i knew it was already going to happen. i looked around the sky for a few seconds and closed my eyes and let it be. a few minutes later i opened my eyes again and just stared at one particular star, one that i felt was just meant for me to see. staring at it for a little bit, i see it. the first shooting star i’ve ever seen. the sign. i’m so grateful i get to experience the LOA so early in life.

This is the most wonderful thing I came across! Glad I did. It’s my first day! I started smiling at the 5th minute ig and it just broadened each minute. Can’t wait to see the benefits when I practise this for a month.. And wish every one and their families immense positivity, gratitude, hope and power!!

Yesterday was my 1st month of listening to this, I've just gotten out from a toxic environment and starting out to have a fresh start with this and i did'nt even hope or just wished that things gotta get better; i just believed, i became calmer to situations i used to be easily distracted with, i accomplished more last month than i have this whole year combined before listening, this is absolutely life changing ! im also a huge procrastinator and this was my go to cure so thank you for this 🎁 gift; I'll update everymonth.

2nd Month Update: I noticed that time passes fast but for the better; two ladybugs landed on me on different days and wondered what could it mean and looked up that its a sign of goodluck I begin to see more lavender plants than i used to have im always biking myself to work and see more lavender plants than ever and it makes me remind that i should go forward happily My serious co-workers begun to be nicer and fun and those who had bad energy were quitting and leaving mt work place. When I was biking home; i had a chance to see my 5th shooting star of my life, i did'nt wish for anything but instead it gave me motivation to do a certain task to achieve my goals. I also see alot of angel numbers like 1111 222 000 555 333 444 not on purpose. My mind became more peaceful than ever and I realized that calmness gives clarity. I also begin to dream Lucid and control my dreams. If you know the Snowflake and Rice experiment and law of attraction this meditation makes you motivate to listen every single day ! See you next ! every 10th day of the month

Ever since i started doing this regularly I manifest clients

Every time I listen it seems to get shorter. It often seems like only five minutes and I am surprised that it's ending. This calms me inspires me and boost my mood instantly. The words I have can't begin to explain this beautiful message. My sincere hope is that more people get the opportunity to experience this incredible meditation. Thank you BOB thank you God AMEN 🙏

When I first started listening to this back in 2019 I always visualized a my life being as it is this day and a house I wanted to live in and had specific details of it and everything and just now recently I got to move and it was almost exactly as I had visualized it, the universe is great ❤️

How many times during the day do you meditate with using this meditation? I'm aware that you should meditate every time you feel to, but I don't understand exactly what Bob is suggesting at 20:03. Does he suggest to "reviewing this (does he refer the meditation or the life you want?) once a day, maybe twice" or is he saying "revealing"? Anyway, I'm really enjoying doing this meditation, I wanted just to make sure I was understanding what Bob was saying.

How are things going with your manifestations?😁

I've been following Mindvalley for quite sometime now, and this was one of the best gifts in high quality. I used to listen to this, imagining myself living in a certain city, renting a specific house that was in front of a mountain. But I had so much resistance regarding this issue, there was always a problem to rent it. The house was for rent, but I didn't have the money, I had the money but it was taken, I had the money and it was for rent but the rain destroyed the bathroom... And every time I passed in front of that house, I would feel terribly sad, because I wanted SO MUCH to live in that city since I was 12! When I turned 30, I went to that city again and decided only to appreciate, to love that place. I went to the mountain and made this meditation again. 20 days later, I got to FINALLY move to my beloved city, not exactly to that house, but to another that was 10 times better, in front of another mountain, with a stunning view of other wonderful mountains, near a cristal clear stream, full of coconut trees around. I have been SO happy here! This meditation helped me to SEE it, and my focusing on appreciating was my Step 3 moment. I'm so happy and grateful for this meditation track! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It's amazing to hear that others are experiencing the manifestation of there imagined abundance of happiness. I started meditation in '95, shortly after that I was diagnosed with an immune system desease. I allowed it to destract me from my meditation and yoga. Here, I found myself in dire need of some help with everything in my life. I happened across mind valley.

I have been listening to this for over a year, I have manifested money, I re located to be with my family and manifested my twin flame and location and house I wanted with the help of doing this daily and practicing LOA. Believe it’s yours, I wrote what I wanted down in a diary and believed I already had it and visioned and practiced gratitude and affirmations. I love sir Bob and the secret.

I did this meditation while running today. When Bob mentioned think of a lavender and I looked to my left and saw lavender flowers on the side. I had a feeling that would happen. ♥️

For everyone asking if this actually works, the short answer is: YES. Don't think about it like, "If I watch this video, will I become more abundant?" It's all about the silence you give yourself everyday, you becoming more grounded, you visualizing your REALITY, all while listening to Bob's awesome affirmations in the background. This combination allows you to get in the best mindset which allows for even MORE abundance because at the end of the day, wealth is of the heart and the mind, not the pocket.

@@milliejaymoon Your actions need to align with your visualization. After you meditate and visualize a life with an abundant lifestyle (physically), follow that up with actually hitting the gym, and wrapping it up with good nutrition. Prepare this in advance and create that new habit for yourself!

Listen to this on a regular or daily basis. You will begin to see the changes in your life as your subconscious mind starts to accept and believe these concepts.

I am listening this for two days ,i've got early promotion at my current job,but a paycheck was lot lot more than i expected 🤩 i found out i will get rewarded with more cash this month for my contribution to a company. Bob thank you for your unselfish share of wisdom,this is really powerful tool. Lots of love,and hopefully i will attended one of yours lectures in the future!
