Many cultures embrace the music without giving a care about the people, or where the artist is from. There are ultra hypocritical people who wouldn't play this song if they thought about it as "the African artist's song". You know such people when their entire life (or wedding) doesn't have ONE person from outside their culture. Enjoy things for what they are without taking them beyond what they are.
