A Sidemen trash talk golf video would go down well. Add some high stakes with the winning team being selected to be the "good team" in the next holiday video. Get Stephen Tries to add a voice over. Would be a hit IMO

the problem with golf is viewers can't see the ball etc. its just not as attention-grabbing and not visually engaging to watch

Yeah I totally see that. But I would argue that there are ways to edit the footage to add more visual interest. Callux's resent golf video being a example. Highlighting the trajectory/flight of the ball. But I agree golf isn't the best spectator sport@@_e8a

The golf channel idea totally works if people aren't great. Varying levels of skill is what makes channels like Sorted Food great.

It's a shame Simon (and the rest of the Sidemen) have this fear of trying new concepts, I agree with Lux that he could easily make a really good video with a whole new concept, especially with the Sidemen budget, although it doesn't necessarily need to be expensive to be good. I see Simon unsure because he doesn't know what the video will be, but a lot of the time in videos when the guys don't know what is happening it is the best part of the video, (CvsE, getting put into teams, guys finding out what the video is at the start of videos). I find the guys are too scared to attempt something new in the fear of failure, I understand there's an expectation from fans but they literally have platforms like MoreSidemen and Side+ where they can release newer fresher experimental content and see the reaction. 20vs1, Tinder and Cheap vs Expensive were all new concepts at some stage but sometimes you just have to back yourselves. I enjoy these concepts but eventually they will lose the appeal, try something new, edit it, screen it to fans and evaluate it then release it where you deem appropriate, even if it is just a learning experience. We can all hope :)

Josh said they find a concept that does well and milk it as much as possible until we start to complain. It feels so different from when they first began, making videos for the fun of it. Even though the high budget/intricately planned videos are good, the core audience is literally watching just to see the Sidemen interact and have fun doing it. I wish they would do concepts they actually like doing instead of what gets views.

Guys it feels different from when they first started because Sidemen is a legit business now. Every move they make, they have to make contingencies before they even think of a brainstorm for new concepts, content, business ventures, etc. Every decision they make, effects the lives of real people. They have employees to pay, expenses to pay and a reputation to uphold. If they make 5 stinkers in a row, their expected income would be less, which makes it difficult on cash flow as a business when you have enormous overheads to pay for. You’ll see it’s more the business-minded people of the group that get spooked by new concepts because they’re unsure of the outcome and how it will effect their company. Sometimes the risk outweighs the reward. Editing to add: I totally agree with everything you all are saying as I feel that way too. I love videos that are more casual and just about the boys having fun, it’s why MoreSidemen is legit my favourite channel. But as a realist and from a business perspective, I understand the hesitation.

Love you callux you’re so genuine, had a great time meeting you in Malta. Simon I’m sorry about the Maltese craziness… please don’t get the wrong impression of us, not all of us are 13 year old kids clout chasing to brag about it with their friends. Some of us really do LOVE you all! It was great having you all :))

Simon stop doubting yourself. Try new concepts and see if we will like it. That’s what being KZreadrs all about. If we all like it then stick with it or just mix it up. But also it’s okay to vlog too we love those

It would be cool if Callux put Notwoways is the Sidemen store but made it like a separate section, a bit how Gilly Hicks goes with Hollister. Or even how you get loads of brands in stores like selfridges, House of fraser. They could even include ZRK and ILLVZN stands when there is something to showcase.

And Simon is right about 75 days. Otherwise why would people put the day limit on it. Otherwise it would just be a new lifestyle. Most people do fitness journeys hit the goal then stop and everything goes back

i think a troopz channel would be a good idea not neccessarily focused on golf could include darts,bowling,etc as it can give small creators a platform to bigger audience eg ginge on big brother club on simon second channel

If you guys played best ball and make teams like you do with the expensive vs cheap videos it would work. The cut scenes on the golf carts being the funny switch, and the quick rotation to serious and quietness from the shot will create a really fluent 15-20 min I feel like. I’d love to see it. With the 75 Hard challenge, i think Lux will have a bev to celebrate afterwards, but he wont drink as much as he usually does outside of celebrations. He will keep some consistency to his exercise routine, but wont be as much as the challenge, maybe an hour 5 days a week. He will find himself reading leisurely and after ony 20 days of the challenge if he is going strong, he will exceed the page limit out of interest. Its not healthy to instantly build a hard routine but if you are disciplined it builds for a better habit later on, whereas an easy routine may never catch on as the difference isnt noticeable
