Hamilton County NY has no stoplights. It also lacks fields. I drive on a mountain road at night, and encounter a lot of game. When I come across a coyote I drive past and out of sight. I set a red light on the car and turn on a cripple rabbit call. Within 5 minutes the coyote approaches looking like a couple of red jewels bouncing up and down. At about fifty feet it gets curious enough to stop. Right between the eyes, and another $50

Might be a BOG death grip. I’ve seen a ton of positive things said about them and plan to get one myself.

I watched a bobcat when pig hunting using night vision. It had crept up on a rabbit and, I guess, was deciding whether to pounce or not. The cat sat there for a couple minutes while the bunny was muching away, then stared itself to sleep still sitting up. The rabbit must've smelt it and bolted. The cat opened its eyes, looked all around, then crept off the opposite direction the rabbit ran.😂 I could rack up on them at night, but we have a daylight only and one per year hunt limit. Might have to invest in a trapper's license.😉
