Most men that I've heard say "don't deal with single mothers" give reasons, most women just don't listen long enough to hear, they just get triggered and run away.

“Why are single moms demonized, and dead beat dads are not demonized the same way?” Dads have been getting a bad rap even if they aren’t a dead beat. Women are just now starting to get called out on their actions and being held accountable and still want to throw it all on the men. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Keep up the good work bro

The part about the father really hit home to me because if you don’t have a “good” father guiding you, it messes you up and people don’t like to admit it. All my life I didn’t even really understand what love was because it was quite inconsistent wise with my father. Anyways my point is our community needs good fathers more than we even think, we cannot continue to continue a generation of only single parents households because it doesn’t yield good results. When I see people celebrating Father’s Day It’s like a piece of me is shatters or I just isolate myself from social media because I can barely relate to the kind of love people celebrate in their fathers. I would have been 100% more mentally and emotionally stable as a person if I had a loving father and I know I wouldn’t have needed to go after the wrong things or seek attention previously if I had that.

I'd say that probably 90 percent of the time women make themselves single mothers just like 80 percent of them divorce for immature reasons 🤔 in reality they don't understand that much about life and a lot of times can't even explain why they did what they did.

Babyfathers/men have been demonized since the 90s. Now that it's the babymothers/women chance to be called out they want it to be equal or placed back on the man. If one side is being blamed or demonized the other side won't find the want to improve.

Women choose to have babies even if a man wants it’s on not. Kids usually end up with the mom, so if they kids don’t turn out good, the woman takes the blame. The on situation where woman can guarantee that man will be there for the baby, when she married to the guy. Any kids out side of marriage is unacceptable. Girls need to protect themselves from being impregnated by men they are not married to. Children are the highest give a woman can give a man, so women need to be careful who they have have kids with

"What about the ones in relationships" So now suddenly there's no such thing as birth control just because you're in a so called relationship? And exactly what is a "Relationship", because some guy said he loves you and you let him move in, is that a relationship? How about just for starters, you don't sleep with any males that don't have their own place, car, and a job...And also not married. How about at least start there.... These sista's are lost...

Once again King explained it perfectly. From the start women have a choice sleep or mate with whatever man that they want as long as she gives the green light sort of speak. If you are just playing around and are not planing wanting to have a child then both parties should use protection, but it is crucial that if a woman does not want to have the child they have many options to take care of that. Now different situations about the single mother and why they receive a bad reputation is due to that explanation alone. Plus majority of the time women will win custody of the child damn near automatically which is another separate issue in itself.

How the hell can a woman know how to be a girlfriend to a man when she didn’t see it from her parents. Women are gate keepers of sex like king said. And you have a choice of allowing a man access to sex. Listen if a man doesn’t have any ambition to better himself in life as a man, keep ya damn legs closed na mon!! Single parenthood is not a game and it’s killing us in the black community

Yes the in question is finding it difficult to understand what the brother saying due to the fact that the system we living in today is designed to let women especially black and brown women go on with what ever the want to this not by chance the black and brown family find that the men and women can't agree about anything thus leading to the break down of the family unit which leads to the circumstances we have got now and there is alot people want to keep things that way because they feel better about themselves when black and brown people eg men and women are at each other throats full stop.

My grandfather used to tell me to not get intimate with any woman I couldn’t see myself too, and if a woman was good enough for me to get her pregnant, then she was good enough for me to marry her. I’ve followed those two rules and they served me well. While women have a greater responsibility due to being in charge of their body, we cannot dismiss that men also have a role in making single mothers. I am sure most of us know at least one man who got a girl pregnant, stayed around long enough for abortion to no longer be possible, then bailed when he suddenly "discovered" that the woman was not good enough or that being a player was more important. At the end of the day, man or woman, no one is the villain in their own story.

BOTH MEN AND WOMEN ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SINGLE MOTHERS EQUALLY!!!!! Do not in any uncertain terms skirt around this issue . . . Other than individual cases, it is BOTH!!! Do not let's lose our minds. However, Richez is absolutely correct that women need to take greater control of how they carry themselves to build on the stereotype of single mothers. My issue is generally, guys need to really train themselves to have greater self-control. We do not have to screw everything that walks and that's why I said we have equal responsibility to curb this feature. It looks bad on both of us and the entire black community
