    @King K first off, I don't feel I'm better then black men.. I'm a product of black man. My son is black. I will never look down on something I was created from or something I create. I said thank you only to the fact that this is not a black woman issue.. I hate when people pinpoint things on black women. So if you're going to make the statement, say all women, don't say black women... and lets be clear, blue collar working is not a black thing.. other races of men work blue collar jobs as well and there are black men who work white collar jobs.

  • @AChicRevue

    @AChicRevue

    @King K I'm not going to persuade you one way or another because that will take up far too much of my time, but I am sure that divorce rates have something to do with other means, not what you're suggesting. I've never met a man, who is on his purpose and who is about his business, say that anyone can make them feel below. Black women tend to be honest, yes and they will call you out on your shit, yes. The black women I know will support you and guide you, but if your ass ain't doing what you're suppose to be doing, yes they will leave. It has nothing to do with looking down. I look down on no one. There are some women who don't want blue collar men, fine.. stop dwelling on those women because I know tons who would love to have one.. but those aren't the ones yall want.

    This is not just about money. I don't understand why any man would want to be serious with an argumentative, boisterous woman with such an overwhelming need to be right. If men would immediately avoid these women then they would be forced to grow and change. But unfortunately, if she is attractive we will chase her, even if only for a sexual opportunity that we know is not going anywhere. We can't beat women up about their choices in men if we won't look at our own choices. This woman is not a good long term relationship choice for a man.

She just makes me think of Chris Rock "Americans Worship Money" - I don't recall her saying she made an emotional connection with a blue collar guy... it was "oh they make a lot of money". Yes, finances are important... and in Today's Society "some" women come across as "Gold Diggers" and men know this... which is why "some" men do the F*ckery that they do. Good Guys can turn into Bad Boys because of "some" Shady Women... Who Use Men. Money Shouldn't be the Only thing on her list... Money can't paint over the cracks of Emotional Instability. It is about money, she has no children, having devoted herself to her education. This woman believes that her education will make a difference in selection, it won't. The masculine energy she has is not good, there is not a lot of feminine energy projected here. This woman wants a beta male for long term economic stability. It doesn't make her look good, the argumentative attitude, and she doesn't know you. Imagine how this woman would treat a man a in relationship. With age and time taking a toll on her, she moves to a place with possible better options.The funny part about this is at a younger age(18-27), women want to explore there options. Then as the lights go out, security and financial stability(i gotta settle down)take precedence. And the hope is because a man is blue collar, she can run intellectual circles around him.

Anyone who knows blue collar contractors, at least in the UK, knows they can earn up to £60+ an hour on a job.

    @Tom London yes, so roughly the same as an experienced contractor in those areas. I work as a construction project manager, and a lot of the contractors are taking home £350 a day which is roughly $500 a day. Some choose to work 6 days a week. That’s £2100/$3000 per week before tax. That’s more than the white collar workers. People also forget that some very experienced business savvy tradesmen end up opening their own consultancy or practice and charge THOUSANDS for their expertise.

    It's a matter of how societies are set up and it is of course systemic. Class and Education dictate how people are seen in the broader dynamic of society including American society. While some technical professions like Engineering or Computer science have a degree of societal esteem, generally so called blue collar work while at times well paying is not judged as attractive nor powerful because it isn't. It's utilitarian and serves a purpose but it never brings esteem. A parent can brag about a son who is a lawyer but not one who is a plumber.

    And these women think that being proposed to means something. A proposal is just words. It don't mean jack if he never actually marries you. She thinks just because she turned him down FOR CHEATING that it counts as if his marrying her was inevitable otherwise. How many men have strung a woman along just by telling them they want to marry them. . . someday? Even if he *did* marry her, if he's still cheating on her, HE'S STILL EXERCISING HIS OPTIONS. She thought she was making herself look good by downplaying it as "he cheats on every woman." So in other words, she wasn't special, and he treated her like every other woman he dealt with. Might have been telling them *all* he "wanted to marry them"

    Hubris is lost. You accurately read her situation. She can't walk and chew gum. The frisbee went right over her head. This woman can't even admit that her life experience with the type of man she wants (white collar), made her open to even considering (blue collar) men. Either way she doesn't have a husband. She was only ignorant about how much money they make, like most "educated" women. Epic ending by the way. 🤣
