Impressive at 4k. Really cool to see. I run a 3090 and 7800x3D. I run about 190-200fps on Ashika island but that's on 1440p

@@majjkdee4057 Yes especially if you get a good deal. I got a great deal being near a micro center so I scored it for 300. I will say thought the 7700x is also very sufficient for gaming. The difference in frames when I switched is probably around 10-20 depending on the game/map

I'm getting this GPU as well as the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, could I run max settings on COD/HOI4 and get over 165hz with my 165hz Acer Predator 1440 monitor? Btw I'm going from an NVIDIA Geforce 1060 3 GB and an AMD Ryzen 1400 Quad Core to this when my new pc comes in, will the performance boost be insane?

@@supersquad1991 Yeah when I played MW2 I only mustered about 60-70 fps with lowest settings possible and 15-20 fps in HOI4 with lowest settings possible. Honestly my old pc wasn't too bad back in 2018 and both my CPU and GPU have lasted a while without any issues, just a little slower and I can't play new games because they'll run too slow and stutter quite a bit.

VRAM and CPU is more important, you can get high fps on lower tier GPUs too if your CPU and RAM handle it well. 4090 is overkill in most games unless you play in 4k.

I use it at 1440p and it's so powerful I have to use v-sync, g-sync, or lock it at like 200 fps because it'll stutter and crash at 400+ fps in some games. My old CPU, the AMD Ryzen 1400 was really weak and I had no SSD on my old pc and only 3gb of VRAM.

@@ericscott9029also build my new rig few days ago and i noticed in some games high fps really stressed my cpu with the heat and some games dont even have frame caps implemented so i have to use riva or driver to cap it. i have 400+/300 1% lows on wz with RX7900 Sapphire OC and 7950x3D stable, no stutters and cool.. i tried BF2042 and jesus this game on high fps (no fps cap available) was literally like an oven next to me.
