I cannot play this game on my pc, I get shaders loading when I launch and the game crashes. Ive tried the singleplayer fix but doesnt work PLS HELP

I play on console so I can't help you but I've heard somewhere that mwr has h1 mod for this game on pc. Maybe this mode could solve your problem

Don’t load shaders end disable it in settings.
