Not really realistic, if you are actually reloading the weapon IRL your eyes will focus on your weapon not just looking infront (especially for lainchers, LMGs, bigger guns) The screen shakes simulates this

This game has ruined reload animations for me because these animations are so good that anytime I see another animation it just not as good. Activision aren't, and never have been responsible for a single reload animation in the franchise lmao. They're just publishers. Infinity ward, more specifically, the animation department, are the ones that make these animations. The reason mw 19 looks so much better is down to engine renewal and hiring new animator for reloads. Even more specifically, ranon sarano. His youtube channel is "hyper" and he's known for doing some of the best, most unique and original animation work for custom reloads, of all time. That's EXACTLY why mw2019 and onward have better gun animations. They have an actual genius working for them now.

I love how there is so much shaking with the gun making it look very natural and less artificial. I also really like how this new COD came out. It’s a step into the right direction.

Ah i don't wanna break but that action mean cheking bolt locked back or not, with battle riffle due to its big cartridge it has barely round left in chamber, but the bolt has regular issue it sometime don't lock back and you need check to it, especially with FAL, Scar has less that because of its advanced system

There's something therapeutic about listening to such beautifully instruments of destruction as their metals clang and grind on each other with the chirping of the neighboring birds in the off camera screen. Very well done and keep up the great work

i absolutely admire the reload department, such great sound design and the little intricate details make it that much better

Yeah cold War's animations are fucking trash. I mean, I made a video that includes every single animation on my channel cause if I reach 1000 subs I may be able to make some money with KZread but the animations compared to MW are fucking bad holy shit

I like these animations, but the game itself makes me want to do a dolphin dive into a vat of molten steel.

Rampage Hyper just use EOD it prevents you from dying to them in one hit

As someone who loves the sounds of just fiddling with a gun, or anything resembling one, the sounds here are heavenly

I love reload animations so much. When it comes to this game, I especially love the 1911, 50gs/desert eagle, ak47, scar, and that shotgun with the mag. Like oh my God it's so good.

The longer I watch this The more it look so realistic

I need like uhhh... one hour version of this

Little details i noticed in each gun (I dont know shit about guns so I apologize in advance if my terminology is wrong) 1911: you can see him pressing the bolt release thing X16: Nothing that interesting, other than he totally just says no to the bolt release M19: same as the X16 .50 GS: you can see the bullet in the chamber for 5 frames .357: If you're REALLY vigilant you can see the bullets falling slightly before being forced out using the thingie mcbobber MP5: You can see the mag release change when the mag is taken out/put back in MP7: You see their trigger finger disappear as they press the bolt release on the other side Uzi: nothing other than bullets in new mag P90: you can see that the mag is empty PP19: I honestly cant find anything interesting to say other than you hear the mag hit the floor, but every gun has that. AUG: Nothing I can find in the reload, but the guns safety is off (red dot on the gun) M4A1: Nothing other than the mag release doing its thing Kilo 141: The person has trouble putting in the mag due to the awkward angle they're trying to put it in M13: You see that the mag is indeed empty. FN Scar: They check to see if its empty then press the mag release to fling the mag when they tilt the gun back FR 5.56: I got nothing that i havint said already. Oden: Nothing, other than they have trouble with the mag. AK-47: you can see him actually hit the mag release with the new mag (that little black thing where they hit the mag) FAL: He doesent fling the mag like before since the FAL (im assuming anyway) doesent have a mag flinger dinger method, also the sounds are nice EBR-14: once again they hit the mag release thingie, its way easier to see it as well MK2 Carbine: I got nothing other than this dude must be a magician or something Kar98k: They press it in all the way to make sure it works Dragunov: nothing HDR: Once again they have trouble with the mag due to the awkward position its in AX-50: you can see the mag release thingie bobbing 725: They pause a little so that they can make sure it goes in right Model 680: it sounds more full at the last 2 shells, and the shell that gets ejected is all mangled R9-0 Shotgun: nothing. Origin 12 Shotgun: nothing SA87: they struggle a little with the mag MG34: They struggle with the mag and correct the cartridge (whats with hyper animated guns and struggling with the mag?) PKM: nothing M91: They get rid of that thing in the gun, and he checks under the gun for loose cartridges I got nothing to say for the grenade launcher ones other than the first one struggles a little

The shake makes the animations unique

This felt satisfying 😍

What’s really wild is when the character loads the last 2 shells in the pump action, it actually sounds like the tube spring tension is getting compressed. Like you can actually hear the tube getting full. It’s a very tiny detail, but I love it.

Its a really accurate detail, The first shell in the Remington 870/Mossberg 500 is so empty and it sounds like me mag flicking my empty nerf magazine

One day there’s gonna be a cod with several different reload animations for every gun to make it even more realistic. I bet it’s gonna be Infinity Ward.

It would feel more like previous COD games, especially if it didn’t have tactical reloads

I like how the reload animations look really calm and panic at the same time

I would like to remind people that the fellow who animated these firearms began here, on KZread. (“hyper” is his moniker) I’m really happy for him for being able to animate such high value triple A games like this, and his career is only beginning.
