The fact that everyone died at the end to finish the mission was a legendary ending. Imagine getting to know everyone and fighting by them. Then at the end seeing them all die. Story telling at it's finest.

Ethan saying he finds salts voice soothing stuck with me to this day. I fucking loved IWs campaign bro. When you were in space and he stayed by your side like a brother i was in tears Im so glad ethan was treated like a human with the after credits scene as well. he had more development in a single game than most any main protagonist in the entire franchise

4:00 I love this part so much. The marines may hate Ethan but Reyes and Salter vouch for him so they defend him because like it or not he’s part of the team and he’s going on this mission. It also shows how much growth Omar and Ethan have later on during the first missions. Ethan saves Omar and proves useful. He’s no ordinary drone, he’s a robot with a advanced AI brain. And he’s a damn good soldier.

I played Titanfall 2, and I loved BT. Watching this video reminded me of him. Although I never played Infinite Warfare, Ethan earned my appreciation and sympathies. I can only hope he somehow survived, or at least a part of him did, like with BT.

I watched it and wanted to tear up then when I stuck around to his death scene my nose started to hurt and my eyes began to swell up.

I only just noticed this, even after finishing the campaign twice: When Ferran and Reyes are talking the corpsman goes over to tend to Ethan and to see if his functionality’s been impaired. That’s a really nice show of how much SATO cares about its troops, even the handsome robot ones.

The part where Ethan protected the captain was REALLY good character use. The dialog between them really sold me and made him that much better to me

6:30 Reminds me so much of Captain Price in COD4 telling you to get up and go except he doesn't even say a word he just deflects space debris and then pulls you up without a word, concerned with the team's safety, and doing his job like it's nothing. Ethan is such a badass.

I like that they didn't pull the cheesy "human mind in a machine" but actually let the writers make him just a robot that learned and earned his personality. Closes thing a robot will have to a soul.

1:47 it always bugged me how a gun that big didn’t just annihilate the transport they were in but blows a chunk out of the massive warship

1:53 If you look closely it looks like it struck a bay on the side of the ship, which is where a lot of aircrafts, fuel and vehicles would be stored.

They missed the part where Ethan tells one of the key Marine characters that the big robot has a tendency to turn on its owners and kill them

Ethan and Omar... their development... I loved it! Ethan was definitely my favorite character in this. Especially the part where you're walking through the streets, a civilian falls over, and Ethan helps him up and guides him to safety. That sort of scene didn't need to be there, but the immersion was welcome!

1:09 Ethan is the kind of advanced AI in robotics we're aiming for. We SHOULD be aiming for. We ain't there yet, sadly... 😩

InSovietCS his ai is still in coopers helmet, there was a scene at the end of the credits which shows coopers helmet flashing. That flashing is BT saying “JACK?” in binary code

BT-7274 had such a great voice, I yurned for every voice line he had. Ethan was hilarious and I loved seeing him execute an enemy then crack a joke. Why do they always have to kill off my favorite characters? BTW why didn't Reyes grab the hatch when he bumped into the ship in the end or just try to grab onto it in some way instead of suffocating.

I love how COD got us from hating Robots in Black Ops 3 to us rooting for one in Infinite Warfare and ultimately becoming attached to him as a story character

Honestly, Ethan was probably the best thing to come out of Infinite Warframe.

I’m not sure what made Ethan and Omar reconcilable at 8:22 but this joke was just perfect.

I love Omar and E3Ns dynamic in this game, it’s a shame it’s such a hated game because it can show such a general buildup of feelings for a brother even if they’re just a robot.

I think one of my favorite tropes in fiction is robots that have more humanity than the humans around them. I mean they're always more innocent and charismatic than any of the robotic people around them.

The saddest thing I experienced was Ethan holding Reyes in his arms while they drifted off into space and when Ethan got scared. He thought Reyes was dead :(

The wholesome military robot companion was already kind of played out by movies like Interstellar and Chappie, but I think they made a solid character without overdoing the whole "seee he's a robot but acts just like a human solider!!" scenario.

Hes one of the best characters in all of COD change my mind...that mission hurt me a lot

This is why I loved this campaign. The characters don't feel like programs when you interact with them.

This is the best character, no matter how much you go through this part, I will always cry remembering him
