@@firstbits650 on the Original BO from 2010, Mason jumped from the plane they were using to escape from Cuba, on the bay of pigs operation, to clear the way so they could take off, Mason is captured and became a POW on Vorkuta Gulag, there, Dragovich and Dr. Steiner brainwashed him and tried to program him to kill Kennedy, fortunately Viktor Reznov, a WW2 Soviet Veteran that was betrayed for his own country, sabotaged Mason's brainwash, and instead of Kennedy, Mason now were going for Dragovich, Kravchenko and Steiner, the numbers are basically related to the broadcast station Dragovich had in Cuba and they kept being repeated on Mason's head, making him highly unstable. I recommend you to play Black Ops and see by yourself, it's a pretty good game

Literally every one of Mason's scenes has me dying... Him and Woods truly are my favourite Black Ops characters ever. Just the little details like Mason glancing to Woods when Adler mentions Cuba, and then them making the bet with Lazar. I love them so much.

Really wish they would've kept Bowman and Weaver a little longer on this Black Ops, they really weren't bad characters at all even if their roles didn't last long, it wouldn't matter that much if they had different voice actors like Mason but I just be glad they kept them all around

A lot like the original Black Ops. Love how they paid homage to it in so many ways. The opening bar scene with the lighter, little hints thrown in about Mason and Woods past missions. Got flooded with nostalgia playing this game, best new cod campaign.

While firing missiles from the helicopter, the way the missiles move and the way the buildings explode are one of my favorite parts in this game

I love how the developers framed a nice storyline for this prequel by taking bits and pieces from cod modern warfare and cod black ops, finally putting them all together signifying the events of cold war that occurred well before the events of cod mw and cod black ops.

They TECHNICALLY nuked Russia without the Fallout and everything. Even todays B83 could re-create this same flash if mounted atop a rocket and fired at that altitude.

Lukas Douglas He is a character from Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare. Meaning somehow TreyArch is planning on combining the Modern Warfare universe and the Black Ops universe. Not sure how this is supposed to work considering many events would contradict each other.

I know right! I saw Burger Town in that Russian mock up of a U.S town and I was like “wait, that’s a Modern Warfare thing.” I guess this means we are getting a crossover between the Black Ops universe and the Modern Warfare universe. Not sure how this is supposed to work considering many events would contradict each other. Unless Infinity Ward plans on changing MAJOR events that happen in their reimagining of Modern Warfare.

Gabriel Caballero His name is spelled the exact same, he still has him arm(makes sense seeing as how he lost it in 1996) is part of the Russian Communist party and looks really similar. TreyArch would have had to get permission from Infinity Ward to use their character. Seeing as how the MW series is being reimagined, Infinity Ward could theoretically modify the timeline to fit in with the Black Ops universe. TreyArch however, would have to modify their own series to adapt to this change. The new MW takes place in 2019. Just 6 years before the major events of Black Ops 2. Cold War takes place in 1981. Just 5 years before the flashback sequences of Blops 2. Suffice to say unless TreyArch plans on reimagining their campaigns as well, a crossover will screw up the timelines of both franchises.

Appreciate this man, im too poor to afford a console or gaming pc so watching this makes me feel like im playing it.

dude, compare the sound of a weapon with mw, my bunch of keys sounds more serious than a Kalash in this game, and in general, when shutting with mw, everything looks so soapy and unworked that it just hurts my eyes and ears

@@CoyFish44 well black ops 1 takes place back in the 1960s and this one takes place in 1980 most of the time. Also black ops 2 takes place between 1980 to 2025 from what I know. So it's in between. Black ops 1 than black ops cold War than black ops 2. 😊
