Yes, Tanzania is part of Southern countries including Kongo. We also share languages Zulu, Xhosa, Swati and Ndebele these languages are similar to Kiswahili and Chichewa probably like 30-40%, I speak Kiswahili and All those South African I mentioned.

Tanzania and kongo not in Southern Africa. Only botswana, eswatini, lesotho, Mozambique, South africa, and Bulawayo (in zimbabwe) share cultures and languages. The languages are isixhosa, seTswana ,sesotho, ndebele, zulu, venda, and Shangani. Tanzania and kongo are in east africa.
