Craziness just utter Craziness.... 60 Million Gallons of water each and every day being thrown out to sea by the city of Los Angeles.. Watch my California Drought 2014 videos and see for yourself.. Stop this insanity water is for drinking and crops not concrete flood basins that are suppose to be dry during the summer months...

    I am sure there is a reason for the water being placed down the basin. It was not water from them making fresh water from the ocean? I know there is a few of them in that area. Never seen so many people worried about watering the lawn. Watering my lawn last thing I ever worry about. I did not have to mow for 4 months last year because we had no rain.
