The questions seem pretty easy for me,but the actual tests are more difficult than you would like, as multiple choices seem so ambiguous and make it hard to decide which is the correct answer. Many people failed because of that.

I 100% concur with you on that. I failed 4 times already. Tomorrow I'm taking it for the 5th time. It's frustrating.

@@JesusChristIsReal1026 well, I can feel the pain you feel, but honestly, I spent a lot of time on the handbook as well as viewing those tests posted on UT . Even the supervisor at DMV admitted it’s not easy. Try to work hard on those points you consider not that easy to memorize and underline those traffic problems you need to pay attention to. I found those questions quite easy because I passed the test. To tell the truth, given the choice, I would rather take the road test instead . Well, hope you will pass the test this time. Never be discouraged.

Agreed. I have failed three times but I could easily get 100% on this test. I have thoroughly studied the Handbook, created flashcards, taken 50-60 online tests (passing all of them, including the DMV's own online tests). I have listened to lots of KZread videos, but the actual test is vastly different. I complained to the DMV person that their online tests are not like the actual test. She acknowledged they are not the same--at all. For one thing, the DMV test questions are often multi-part and often convoluted. They also have lots of esoteric questions about trivial issues like NEVs, Light Rail Vehicles, and specific prison or jail sentences. You ask yourself, "Why in the Sam Hill do I need to know that?" That's California.

@@JesusChristIsReal1026At least you don't have Asian parents. I'm taking the test for the third time in a few days and if I fail again, they'll make me pay them $200+ I don't have for the time they missed work taking me there.

If DMV, as they state, wants people to pass, then they need to communicate that to those employees who are writing the incongruent, confusing questions and answers. Example: Question #9 If your vehicle starts to skid --Answer: Turn Your Steering Wheel In The Direction You Want The Vehicle To Go. But, Question #86 If you approach a curve at speed limit and you feel your car is starting to skid---Answer: You Should Steer In The Direction Of The Skid. If that curve is a freeway exit ramp, steering in the direction of the skid will send you crashing right into the tall concrete side barrier. These kinds of questions and answers are not helping Californians become safe drivers.

That's so true they need to reassess their questions and do it over for everyone to properly be able to pass because it makes no sense some of them questions are not even in the handbook and they make up bulshit so you can pay multiple times and if they see your name in the system then you pass I'm not sure I could just be talking but still they know what they're doing I hope I pass tomorrow

I passed CA DMV test last week; however, none of your questinairs appeared on the DMV test. Many real questions are based on common sense practises driving in CA.

Well I hope this helps me pass I'm taking class B written test with passenger endorsement for the bus company I currently failed general knowledge 15 out of 50 and then I took it a second time and failed 11 out of 50, passenger endorsement took it one time and filled 8 out of 20, air brakes I don't know how many I filled out of 30 the stuff that was teaching me in that classroom for one week was about their bus etiquette not exactly the test only about 10 questions was on the test that I can remember so I have to go and continue so I can get my class B license I hope this video helps me if you do I'll let everyone know I even have the DMV book now I hope I pass 👍🏿✊🏿

No 94, What's the difference of option A from B?

I disagree with question 61, Could be proceed with caution. If they wanted you to stop it would be flashing red.

Question 98 doesn't make sense. I think they forgot to list part of the question.

In Question # 94 the "Correct" answer is "C", when answers "A" and "C" are Different Jargon To Describe the Same Driver Behavior. DMV has a limit on the number of questions they can put on the test and This multiple choice question gets chosen ?? Bad News. The writer of the question should have gone for broke with Three Same answers: Answer "B" should have been "Just get the Hell out of the intersection and pull over". QUESTION: If an emergency vehicle approaches while you are in an intersection, you should: A Continue through the intersection, then pull over. B. Pull over in the intersection C. Clear the intersection before pulling over.

@@renee1567 some questions same in the video but it was reworded so just choose the best answer and use common sense. I never read the DMV handbook I did the DMV practice test. Other questions are tricky. I remembered some questions like when you leave your animals on the road you can be fine 1000usd and jail time. When you park uphill with a curb. During a strong windy day what you should do. If you receive a citation ticket and you didn't appear in court what will happen. How many months will appear on your driving record for minor violations. When the drivers in front of you are waiting to turn left and you want to pass. I'm wrong with my answer to this because the choices are tricky too it's illegal to pass then other choices are you can pass if there's an opening paved on the right.

@@renee1567 check your blind spot before you? The BODY ALCOHOL CONTENT for 21 years old and older? You need to memorize the white, Green, blue and yellow painted curb. I think the question for me was which one is the correct statement. So I choose green painted curb for parking but it has limited time. There are questions that I skipped I didn't remember the exact word or phase but it's like this when you're on the freeway and you intended to pass what lane you should be in choices are far left/far right/any lane in the middle the rewording in this question is tricky. I skipped it and didn't go back to this question coz I passed already. There is a question about motorists and motorcycles They have the same responsibility on the highway to get insurance as long as they are driving on the public road.

Usually but the difference in that question was the inclusion of a divider. that changes the scenario since kids can no longer cross to that side of the road themselves

Answer 18 is right. Wheels away from the curb have the same meaning as wheels toward the road
