California battered by heavy rain and historic snow
From rocks giving way along a central California highway to erosion from heavy rains causing an RV to plunge into a river, the massive winter storm has left California in rough shape. A new storm has since moved into the Northwest, bringing blizzard-like conditions to the Sierra Nevada with an additional two to six feet of snow by Tuesday.

Crazy weather in NM this weekend. Albuquerque had 75+ mile per-hour winds. Then last night, got caught in a crazy snow storm in Williams. Looked like 2-3 inches at 11pm, was melted by 11am. Winter ❄️ CA is due to have way more snow and flooding over the coming years. Climate 🌍

Why don't you go back to using shovels while you're at it since you don't like progress. We wouldn't be having such crazy weather if people weren't burning so much fossil fuels. Yes, diesel trucks are still being used now because they're just there but eventually they'll go electric, just like our cars, buses, bikes, scooters, and public transport. But look at the bright side, at least you're and old relic and you're still somewhat relevant.... for now.

Why wouldn't they just Drive the RV away from the dam sinkhole? It's a logical question.
I use to live in southern California and I can say that any kind of downpour is devastating because of the none stop droughts and fires every year including the pollution from the 100 cars a mile as in there are one hundred vesicles per mile so when you add that into the mix plus the hundreds of fires each and every year and add in the fact that southern California has acid rain you have to ask yourself this question why are people living in a area that is getting hotter and hotter every year and people are dieing of heat strokes by the thousands each and every year!!! That's why I and my mother left for Anchorage Alaska in December the 5 1996.

You make it sound like people are dying all over due to apocalyptic conditions, like it is some version of a Mad Max movie. Nothing like that whatsoever. I wonder if the people of Southern California are rethinking their stance on global warming lmao
I just drove through that I left Truckee around 5:45 and got home around 7pm because of traffic jams and cars that think there 4wd or to lazy to put on chains and cause accidents because the roads turn into ice and seen 2 simi's jacknifed on I-80W outside of Truckee,California.🌨🤬❄
I live in the center of Los Angeles county & at the bottom of the Hollywood hills/Hollywood sign. The rain here was mild mainly just sprinkle on and off a few days & only the first half of Friday we had what I would call actual rain but still not really pouring, I was driving in it & it was nothing but I grew up in WI with weather. I was outside on and off the first half of that day when there was rain. There was bad wind gusts that night. People are thinking there was snow in Hollywood & there definitely wasn’t snow all over the ground here. And lows hadn’t fallen below 40’s so that also tells you. It’s been 40’s lows & 50’s highs. And these temps happen every winter here usually for a few weeks. The closest place with snow I believe was the Angeles National forest San Gabriel Mountian range which is huge & gets snow every year. It stretches almost 2hr drive east of me & believe it or not it’s all part of Los Angeles county.
If it's not fires and floods then it's blizzard
