Sometimes a game doesn't have to be that deep, or rich, or 'traditionally engaging' to be worth loving. And sometimes it's not worth critiquing a game that deeply.

Hoot Hoot!
Contemplating the nature of humanity, or whatever can be fine... but sometimes we just need to see people being happy. That's why I keep a short list of games/anime/movies for when my brain is fried after a long day of work. Sometimes, I just can't think that freaking hard.
I believe the technical term is, just good vibes ^^

There's a very specific dichotomy between good and fun. It's very difficult for me to pin down the difference. REmake 4 was very good. They added a parry button, the bolt gun is super interesting, they made the story work this time around. But I never really popped off. Ghost Trick was very fun. Too chatty, the puzzles didn't make me think, and the story didn't make too much sense. BUT HOLY SHIT WHAT A RIDE. It's not that the good thing fucked up, but that hook is actually more important than anything else.
Not for me but not a problem.
