Hi everyone! I filmed my entire week this time 🥪🏋🏻‍♀️ 🏥🍴 Visited the hospital, started exercising at the YMCA, and had family outings - it was a busy seven days! ❤️ I also talked about the most inconvenient aspect of living in Canada, which is the healthcare system 😢 It’s way too slow here so that Koreans might find hard to comprehend. Nevertheless, thanks to that, I've pulled myself together and started exercising! I'm gradually realizing that health is the most important thing. Also, these days the flu seems to be spreading. I've caught it pretty badly myself, suffering for several days now. Everyone, take care of yourselves and see you in the next video ✨
