    Really love the concept of "processing the intensity of our run". It feels like a moment of gratitude, awe. Even a "gentle" run is still a feat for the body so I really appreciate your gentle cool downs to care for myself and my body 🤗

    Ash, thank you so much for this video! I’m new to running and have been using your videos before and after runs and you’ve been such a big help. Your disposition in these videos is always so calming and encouraging and as someone with chronic pain issues, you’ve helped me so much in reevaluating how I view the function of stretching in my day to day life. I’ve been coming back to your videos almost daily even when I’m not running just to spend some time stretching, and it’s so helpful. Today’s run went well but at the very end, my calf got super tight! I came to your channel as always to do a stretch and the perfect video was waiting for me. These stretches helped right away. I look forward to these stretches as much as I do each run, so thank you ☺️

    I had a 10k PR this weekend! It was all part of the training--runs, stretches and all!! Thanks, Ash! My 200m ending sprint definitely left my calves crispy but this got them all ironed out 🎉

    How much Run Better with Ash is enough? Apparently at least 3 videos a day is the minimum: 1) Night before run, FOAM ROLL with me 2) Minutes before the run, Pre RUN Stretch with me 3) After the run, Post RUN Stretch with me Yep, that's my daily routine now.     THX a lot for your great work here! I`ve got a question ceoncerning your stretching videos: is it necessary to practice them directly after running or even helpful later at the same day, as for an example: running in the afternoon, stretching in the evening?

    Thank you for stretching with me and commenting 🙏 yes you can do them anytime that suits you because they are dynamic so the movement warms cold muscles. We reshape our body with stretching so it tends not to matter too much when the stretch is done 😊
