I love Bill, always in coach mode. He could care less about the hype, he just says the good and the bad like he sees it.
@mstevens94

Exactly, he does not sugarcoat it; he says there is a lot of upside, but here is the work that the player needs to improve upon, hopefully with the aid of the coaches, to actually be the player as advertised with their potential.
Bill was super impressive to me. Absolutely no ego or smugness. Just all ball. Love it.

This guy gets more hype than anyone else and he didn’t even have a down yet in the NFL. Relax everyone
I will be looking for ANY show he becomes a part of! My first play-by-play voice i ever heard was Red Grange in Chicago in the 50’s. Two incredible bookends. Take care of Bill… he’s an NFL masterpiece.
Context means everything! The plays he needs to make are the ones he's making. Just ridiculous how anyone thinks Caleb is not a great qb.

I think Riley’s offense limited Caleb funny enough. Schemes with more straight forward progressions will make Caleb look like the super duper star he really is
Belechick is “Priceless!!”. Build the show around that guy. He’s worth his weight in gold! Incredibly articulate!!!! WHO KNEW!!!! Great work guys thanks!!!
I’m glad I watched this on NFL Network. Brutal team besides Bill.
I would've preferred sticking with Fields and drafting Marvin Harrison jr, but hey i'm just some casual fan I can't know more than The Chicago Bears organization 😌
Lookin good coach.
Don’t turn the ball over? He had 14 ints in his college career and 3 came in one bad game.

He's had 14 interceptions in 3 yrs. What are these guys talking about when they talk about how he throws the football and it's gonna get him in trouble and it causes turnovers? 1099 attempts and 14 interceptions is not reckless. Guys like that are old fashioned and don't like how these new kids play. Period. I'll admit he does run with the ball Reckless. He holds that ball like it's a baby on fire

He’s also watched/ coached on THE Highest level with PRO level athletes, so he has a real feel for the SPEED of elite athletes and what the result of a lame duck throw could be when getting ran down by ELITE fast/ big athletes who do it for a living. He’s seen enough passes up close by some of the best to do it, and those who compete at the absolute top end of the football spectrum , to know what’s what.

Chicago hasn’t been giving the people the benefit of the doubt they “need” for almost 40 years. Some ppl have legit gone their whole existence in life without the Bears ever having a true franchise QB AND winning consistently bc the carousel of coaches and developmental help they’ve had are always at the bottom of the league. Simply prove us wrong this time. EDIT: From a Lions fan.

Many of them thought they won the 2021 with Fields. And here they are selecting another franchise qb 3 years later. I think the Bears gave up on Fields WAY TOO EARLY. Some analysts rank Fields higher than Williams in college also.
I like how all of them think with the same offensive schemes, the same coaches in the last 3 years them drafting another top qb in the last 3 years is going to make the big difference without changing anything else..smh

He stunk. Showed zero development. Fumbles all the time. Tyson Bagent, an undrafted rookie, looked better than him. I wanted to love Fields, but he was just awful.
Thanks god Belichick has at last been superannuated, driven far from any NFL sideline, where he might stand in the way - like an old, dead stump - of a fun-to-watch baller like Williams; trying to clip the wings of a vibrant, electric, creative playmaker and force him into the straightlaced, robotic the mold of the BOAT (BORINGEST Of All Time), Tom Brady. The disgraced mastermind of Spygate is like Burt from The Hustler: Dead inside, and can't live until he makes everything else Dead around him.
