All my black friends use the term and I would consider none racist. He probably was just trying to say “I’ll never let Plant beat me”. His intended disrespect is by not using his name, presumably. Probably best to just leave those terms out of the professional arena. I digress.

@@deisysanchez1641 natural power yes. But you can do things to more efficiently generate the power you have. For example, use your legs/hips, change the trajectory of the punch you throw, improve speed which can help generate more power, also build the hand muscles and forearms.

@@deisysanchez1641 I agree to an extent. Some guys can just flat out crack. Then you've got guys who don't get the most out of their power due to technique. Plant doesn't always sit down on his punches, a lot of times he'd punch from angles that aren't conducive to maximizing his power... last night he was sitting down on his punches and placed a beautiful double left hook on the money.

Dirrell underestimated Plant because of his color of his skin and now he knows everyone has a fighting chance no matter your ethnicity 👊👏. Congratulations Plant. Now let's see you vs benavidez.

Boxing COULD break the racial division when you have coaches like plant has. The walk and talk the coach spoke of is very inspiring.

i ait never been a big Caleb Plant fan but he made me a believer tonight. Say what you want about Dirrell but he came to fight and he might be on the down hill of his career but he showed why they call him the dog he went out on his shield and i thought he put up a good fight till he got caught. With Breadman in his corner and the new baby, Caleb got a whole new focus and confidence about him I think his revenge tour is gonna be good but he gotta fight the monster Benevidez and Benevidez one of my favorite boxers i dont know if he can beat the red flag. I will say i think he beats Charlo in a tough fight that goes the distance but we will see gonna be exciting if they actually fight eachother.

@@daveskatesallday i don't think so , Canelo's fight style isn't ideal against boxers, struggled against ( lara and Saunders) Caleb is an outstanding boxer however I think he's limiting his growth by not fighting top competition. Bivol made Canelo look pedestrian and he's not as good of a boxer.

I'm a Caleb Plant fan now. He won some of that fight and he took some wicked hooks and rights , he stayed in there and fought , and people can say what they want about Plants power . I seen some hard power punches and he did knock out Dirrell and Benevidas didn't knock him out . That fight could've gone either way and I think Plant controlled the first half of the fight . Plant is the real deal and I believe he is just going to get better and better. Caleb was hurting Benevidas and Plant fought through the Benevidas furious attack . We need more boxers like Plant

Remember Benevidas said what he was going to do in the 6th I don't think he even knew what round ( it all could of ended differently if Plant had a little luck and land flush ); We would have New Champ . I am grateful for that competitive fight . Great Fight.

Plant was sparring w/ Adames getting him ready for Juan. Which he stopped Juan in 3. I knew Caleb would stop or ko Dirrell. I thought it would be in the 6th round but he did it in 9. Congrats Champ!

Benavidez is a hype job...Anybody that big with good speed and power can dominate much smaller weaker competition like he's done his entire career. However he's shown flaws in his game that will get exposed by a legit world class boxer

The issue with Caleb is he don’t have that dog in him that anger in the ring. He’s a great boxer, but too relaxed in the ring and takes unnecessary shots like in the Canelo fight. Caleb also gases out after the 6th round for some odd reason. Benevidez is going to give Caleb serious trouble in that next fight and if Caleb comes in there to fight as the humble wolf he’s going to lose. David is coming for life or death.
