Just a suggestion. It would be better using the following sintaxis, for instance: SPLY QTD = CALCULATE( [Current QTD], SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(DATESYTD(Orders[Order Date].[Date])) ) Is better because it wont generate an error when apply a page filter by category or some other dimension in your model

Sir, Very nice video but the concept for previous month/quarter to date is wrong.PMTD - Previous month to date is the period starting from the beginning of last calendar month and ending at the current day of last month. Please correct in video so that other people learning will get right logic.

Create a measure for variance= total sales this year - total sales last year. Now take dual axis graph, x axis give date, y axis give total sales this year and total sales last year, for line y axis give the variance created.

Bro im using MTD sales and qtd sales different measures but value is same bro anything wrong in calculation

Data of current month must be filled up to get correct output in SPLY MTD, SPLY QTD & SPLY YTD.

hi your LastYearYTD period is wrong.. LastYearYTD means till date ie. 2022-01-01 to 2022-08-03.
