Can someone please explain to me what's the advantage of pinning down opponents into submission? The opposite team has 1 player down, but so does the other team (the guy that's on the ground and the guy that holds him on the ground)...

@@Davieduccio Are you sure? Because when one team has the ball, sometimes the other team still pins down opponents... If the team A has the ball, why is team B pinning down opponents then?
