I have used all three teams, 1. Calcharo (S1) Yinlin (S0R1), 2. Yuanwu (S6) Yinlin and 3. All three with Yuanwu as Sustain (in 1,2 Verina) The best team among all was Yuanwu (DPS) and Yinlin This will change once I get a good weapon and S4 (to buff Yinlin, lower is also good) for Calcharo

Yeah he was Yinlin's BiS DPS on CBT3. However I find it a shame to not utilize his DEF% scalings if you run him as a DPS, unless you are running DEF and Crit stats. Furthermore, Verina is such a desired unit that running Yuanwu as a sustain instead can prove very valuable imo. But of course, Verina should outperform anyone as a sustain unit

EDIT: Upon release I can see that Yinlin's buff will only be applied to the next character that will be swapped onto the field. Therefore the rotation might have to be adjusted in order for your main DPS to deal the most damage.

Maybe start rotation with Yinlin, switch to yuanwu right before filling forte guage, switch back to yinlin after applying shield then fill the remaining guage and swap right to Calcharo?

@@Dualblades47 A possible solution. I think I'll do that, or figure out a good rotation to maybe double proc Yinlin's concerto twice if the damage on Yuanwu is worth it

I am on the fence on who to focus on building, C4 Yuanwu Quickswap shield support with Marcato....or Baizhi for the 2nd Team..... I do need his shield/anti interruption for my Calcharo. It's just that it only lasts 10 seconds and Yinlin may also take up the field time. Maybe I'll try the rotation: Yinlin setup to fill Talent > Yuanwu with Quick skill (or infusion mode/break toughness) then Burst > Yinlin marks and proc Off field Talent > Calcharo Burst > Repeat

Baizhi I would say is always a safe choice is you are scared of the 10s shield window for Yuanwu Shield Sustain. I've uploaded a video showcasing his sustain capabilities in a Tower of Adversity run. Personally I love running him and I think he has a lot of potential. But in the end it is up to you whether you want to build him. He does require a lot of energy regen for full shield uptime, and I run him with Marcato as well, at least until I have enough Energy Regen to run Amity. You would also need a possible 3 sustain units in the future. So depending on your characters, another sustain unit won't hurt.

Got him at s4, while pulling yinlin. Should i build him? And i also thought that i should build encore instead of calchero or is it bad?

I think he is a very valid choice if you are lacking sustain units and are looking for a third option. I have yet to unlock the 4th dupe, but once I do I will be showcasing him in a Calcharo & Yinlin comp. But mostly as anyone says, build the characters that you like. The shield accessibility with Yuanwu at S4 makes him a very interesting choice. Expect to see more of him as the rest of the patch plays out You can stay tuned. Hopefully I manage to get my hands on his 4th dupe
