KZread prioritizes videos over notifications, they may be delayed due to lag or other technical reasons but they also can vary in frequency depending on how much you interact with a given channel. KZread notifications have always been weird cause it's not just a switch on and always get all of them, if you stop watching someone that you have notifications enabled on then youtube will reduce or completely stop giving you notifications even if you have the setting on.

Stealth charges when you're not attacking while wearing a rogue armor set or a hybrid armor set and rogue accessories. When you have max stealth rogue weapons/accessories gain additional effects that are listed in their tooltips. The amount of stealth needed for a stealth strike can be reduced by rogue accessories like the Eclipse Mirror. The amount of maximum stealth you have gives a dmg boost to rogue weapons. Stealth also charges faster while standing still.

Why does it still take damage when spinning?

It's annoying how so many of these mechanically interesting weapons are locked to endgame. I love Calamity but I think a lot of weapons post Moon Lord rely too much on projectile vomit as a way of portraying how strong they are, like the Excelsus and a ton of Rogue and Mage weapons, with Mage being the absolute worst offender. Final Dawn and Midas Prime manage to be really strong and mechanically interesting without causing a seizure to your friends playing with you.

How do you spin like that?

Holding up while performing a stealth strike will cause the player to be flung towards the direction of the cursor, damaging enemies.
