Wow! Beautiful. 2 questions: Is neutral gel the same as piping gel? Is chocolate glaze, just melted chocolate with an oil or gel ?

Yes, you can also use a pipeline gel. Chocolate icing is a confectionary chocolate that does not melt in your hands. You can use just melted chocolate or tempered chocolate.

I used gel food colors from Americolor. Neutral gel I buy in the store for confectioners. Color the cake cream instead of the gel and use the same colorants.

Won't the gel shrink after sometime?

No, the neutral glaze (gel) does not spread and the Americolor dye did not color the cake

You can use buttercream or whipped cream. Paint them and apply them with a brush, it turns out like a picture :)

Yes, I put the pattern upside down. But if you need the same as in the picture you need to draw chocolate in a mirror image. The pattern can be put to a cream cake.

@@vandanabengani6811 Notice how the image drawn and the image ultimately on the cake are flipped. That's a mirror image. It's important if you wanna write something on the cake with this method but if it were just drawings, it shouldn't be too much of a concern

How did you not transfer it upside down, sorry my brain can’t comprehend that part. 😅 you piped on top of the plastic didn’t you? So how does it transfer the right way up? help!
