It was clearly meant to be creepy. You could tell from the eyes. If they were going for an actual cute Pikachu cake they would have used just two black dots as eyes but they gave it straight up human eyes and the detailing has been done in a way to make him look drunk. I think it was made intentionally like that.

She's not pretending to freak out with the ugly cakes. Most youtubers would fake it. Mad respect for her

That Pikachu cake had me HOWLING with laughter. It's a bizarro, uncanny valley, charmingly disturbing rendition of the little guy.

The sheep/lamb cake is a 10/10 it looks exactly like the figure that i think the person did it off of.

Totally looks like art materials like she'd listed. I've been doing art my entire life (less sculpting, more sketching), but that definitely looks like the kind of cheap clay they give kids in school to use in their ancient kiln for those "fun"art projects. I got introuble for making an ashtray for my mom after being told no ashtrays lol. I wish I'd been more creative like your friend and less...lazy.

I presume the "lamb" is supposed to be like the Aardman Animations sheep (who made stuff like Wallace and Gromit, Shaun The Sheep and the Serta Mattress mascot) and that's why it looks so familiar.

The sheep at 9:40 looks like something out of a wacky Serta Sheep commercial.. bizarre, but well done 👍🏻👍🏻

I adore that she didn’t just go ahead and point out all of the mistakes and took the time to point out the good bits of the cakes.

When she said “check out this mug” I was like “is that a cake too-“ Luckily it wasn’t. It’s an actual mug guys.

She’s so humble and thinks outside the box. Something cool about someone so talented who makes literally perfect work being so open and accepting of subpar cake and finding the good in it.

The first dog one doesn’t even look like cake, it looks like piped piles of whipped cream! The Cinderella cake was made with the Wilton pan for that character , that’s why everything is where it should be, no stencil used.

I made a cake for my daughter yesterday... no particular theme, pretty much experimenting but it turned out looking like a New York city subway wall. Lol she thought it looked like an abstract water color painting so I'll take that. 🤣🤣 The only critical rating I have about your ratings is that the Shaun the Sheep cake should have been a 10! It was so well executed, in my opinion. I think if you only saw it as an Easter cake then it might seem a bit strange but this was right on for what it was! Looking forward to exploring your videos!
