They have a golden goose and they don’t pick her in the showcase of their sport😳😳😳Team USA is never going to lose an olympics( mostly because other countries don’t care about basketball), so why wouldn’t they put her on the team and keep their new found audience interested and willing to invest. Ridiculous.

How the fuck is she a gun that’s a bum and the golden goose? What cause white people watching? They watched RHONDA ROUSEY!! Did it help?? Let that baby grow if she can. Rhonda wrestled and did an arm bar. Every fight. Caitlin runs around the top like a five year old but at least she dribbles. But she’s a bum right now. She can’t create. Unfortunately for the WNBA and Team USA there is a reckoning due for all the Caitlin Clark drama. We all saw it when Tiger won his first golfing championship. Golf changed that day for all the obvious reasons, just as the NBA changed when Larry Bird joined the Celtics, and the Williams sisters took over tennis. The NBA is struggling again with Nikola Jokic and Luca Doncic. The WNBA needs to take a page out of David Sterns playbook that utilized Magic Johson and the Showtime Lakers along with Larry Bird and the Blue-Collar Boston Celtics and made the NBA what it is today. Surely somebody at the WNBA and Team USA took Marketing 101 in college. They all cannot be uneducated, or can they? The jury is still out but if their goal is to get better, they are failing.

I am reminded of cancel culture gone wild over the last 8-12 years. Anything good is evil and must be canceled. Evil is good and must be promoted. Sadly, this has happened before with other players in various sports. Politics, weak-kneed officials, and loud-mouth socialites are jealous and cannot stand Caitlin gaining another plus in her career. The multiple reasons used to not select her prove there is no solid reason. I listened to former men's basketball players who stated that it was "petty" and "no reason not to include"

Dr. J had the best take on the Olympic Team USA decision. He made the point that Caitlyn needs the rest. She finished a long college season and then very shortly was drafted and began playing with very little rest. She will play in the Olympics in 2028 barring any injuries. His opinion has merit and is an intelligent observation.

I never watched the WNBA then Catlin Happened and now i watch it she brings Excitement to the game that other players don't. The reason there all mad is cause Catlin TOOK over the WNBA Reins now she Face of the League and they don'' t LIKE IT!!!! But they Benefit from her Presence in the WNBA. I will not Boycott the WNBA cause Catlin Clark i like to watch. She the Girl STEPH CURRY to me.

How foolish of that committee to not include CC. She's at the peak of momentum and this could have increased attention on women's basketball by leaps and and bounds. I'm going to tune in to the Olympic basketball games just long enough to see all the empty seats. Then I'll go watch archery or something. It's amazing to me that they throw away such a huge opportunity. I'm actually curious now how many will boycott watching the basketball games because of this snub.

This is not a surprise to me since I have been watching the WNBA try to destroy this young lady. Now they are going to take the ball out of her hands. Against Atlanta almost all of her time handling the ball was getting it across half court. Once she passed the ball off, she handled the ball only 12 times for the entire game. Two of the chosen play have only 3 games played this year. Chelsea Gray has no games played and Brittney Griner has 3 games played.

@@justindoud251 It's not entertainment. It's PROGRAMMING. We're being programmed into believing that it's normal to hand the keys to the penthouse elevator over to White athletes so they don't have to try as hard to EARN the respect and accolades that come along with being the best. Caitlyn Clark lost two back to back NCAA finals? No problem. Let's just market and promote her as the best thing since sliced white bread anyway .. and DEMAND that the world accepts that Clark somehow deserves consideration that she hasn't earned because the marketing campaign has been successful. This is *NOT* entertainment. It's an exercise in *GASLIGHTING.* They do the same thing with political campaigns all the time. You know that it's a science and a tactic when the media convinces entire groups and communities of people to vote against their own interests all the time.

The difference between men and women is even though guys don’t like each when they are on the same team they will respect and fight for each other and they would just let a person from the opposite team bully or give a hard foul to teammates the benches would be cleared. As I watched the girl blindside Caitlyn Clark teammates just watched it happen and no one came to her defense!! Ladies are so catty and hold grudges and more!!! That is the difference!!
