La caille est un oiseau très apprécié en termes de gastronomie car ses œufs et sa chair sont succulents. Pas étonnant qu’elle peuple les élevages de gallinacés depuis environ six siècles. La caille domestique est issue d’une espèce bien particulière, à savoir la caille du Japon.

Aujourd'hui je vous propose une recette simple et rapide à réaliser avec ces petit oiseaux a viande exquise.
Ingrédients :
👉Deux cailles.
👉Pour la marinade 👇👇
Sel.
Poivre.
Herbes aromatique.
Gingembre.
4 gausses d'ail.
Une cuillère à café de curcuma.
Une cuillère à café d herbes aromatique séchées.
Une cuillère à café de garam massala. Vous pouvez la remplacer par une cuillère a café de mélange (coriandre, cannelle, clous de girofle moulu).
👉L'huile végétale.
👉15 g de beurre.
Pour l'accompagnement 👇👇
👉Carottes.
👉 Courgettes.
Une cuillère à café de curcuma.
Une cuillère à café de garam massala.
Sel.
Poivre.
Deux feuilles de laurier.
L'huile végétale.
15 g de beurre.
Jus dun demi citron 🍋.
