Pet owner who has flown before! Pepper should be fine in a soft carrier with you on the plane. A long flight will be rough but you can check with your vet to get some medications for making Pepper sleepy at least for a little while. As for Latte that is harder. It's so dangerous to put dogs in cargo and especially in winter or summer. I would check with a vet and ask for options on that! Good luck in Dubai Latte Papa!
