A visit to the Cafe by the Ruins is a must if you visit Baguio City. It's where you can feel the old-time vibes while enjoying Filipino dishes with a twist.
The best part of dining at Cafe by the Ruins is enjoying a great city view and the chilly weather the Summer Capital of the Philippines has. Apart from that, it's one of Baguio cheap eats that you have to consider.
