Live in business mod by LilMissSam is perfect for a build like this. I did it when I did a bakery on the first floor and a home for my sims on the top floor. It was fun to play! Had the sim get up at 5am to bake and everything 😆

I don't live in the same building as my business, but the color schemes are completely different. I never even considered coordinating them. Love this build!

This is adorable. Definitely making me wish for a multi unit apartment lot with community space in this style for willow creek, or maybe strangerville. I so wish copperdale had more lots! ❤ love the style, love every lot you've made for this world.

I absolutely love the colour scheme for the apartment! Im not usually big on orange and blue but something about it here made me feel so nostalgic and warm.

I ADORE 'Love and Pies'!!! I've played through all of it that's available currently, so now I'm just waiting for new content updates, quickly completing it, then waiting for new updates. ☹️☹️☹️ One of the first things I built in The Sims 4 (after my house, and my parents house haha, usual standard first build stuff, just to familiarise myself with the tools and rough scale) was The Windmill Cafe, from Love and Pies, on the big 60x60 lot in Windenburg! I copied all the decorations I'd chosen in my game, to the Sims! I even downloaded a fresh Love and Pies onto my tablet (didn't log in with cloud save) so I could get the rooflines right! I had to change a few things that didn't work in the Sims, of course. Like the patio area with the gnomes and the umbrella tables? I turned that l(like sideways, instead of up and down) so it would fit on the lot, coz the 60x60 lot WAS TOO SMALL! I turned the small rounded tower (with the sunflowers and telescope) into a bathroom, still with Esme's telescope on roof. The windmill tower (which was a nightmare to put ladders onto, as is usual with rounded rooms, of course) I turned into Amelia and Kate's little home 💜💜, coz it's just a void in game. And I added shower and toilet facilities to the space behind the gym/under the smoothie bar! The spa all works and looks beauuuuutiful! I sized down fish tanks to make the aquarium wall! Kate's dino playground looks *so cute*, of course I included the chickens, and dog houses (using roof pieces with pet doors) too! I downloaded one of Fantasims amazing live edit and tool modded windmills off of the gallery, so yes! It even has a big proper windmill! Much better than the Eco Lifestyle sized up wind turbine I was using! 😂😂🤣 I haven't uploaded it yet, but it is just chilling in my personal build file, with my current house, previous house, dream house, and my parents house!

Incredible colour combo as always. I agree thst your business does not have to match your home style. The colour drench series would be such a treat

what i wouldn't give for EA to one day make all worlds fully open world and customisable, and i can place all of your Copperdale commercial lots next to each other in one nice row. i'm realistic enough to know that won't happen (no shade to the Sims team either, i think they do a lot of work with very little resources), but it's nice to dream.

Stunning build as always, Gryphi! I love the theme of orange and I found a new rug I want to use. The café is super cute so I'm gonna place it on the same spot in my save.

You can turn the upstairs apartment into a club space with your sims as the club to live up there while it’s a functional cafe. It could also be turned into a retail lot where you sell baked goods, or a restaurant that sells cafe foods and drinks. So the first would be a cafe that’s really a cafe but you don’t own, and the others would be a business you own that’s similar to a cafe.

As a city girl, I love mixed-use lots. We need a "commercial residence" lot type in game. They could use the For Rent tools to separate commercial and residential parts. The businesses could have set hours; employees and customers will spawn during open hours. A general "commercial property" lot type using the same tools could make malls possible. With Get to Work, you could rent a small store front in the mall. The question is whether the game can handle the commercial lots all being visible and running without needing loading screens to go to each shop. If I could code, I would make this mod.

I enjoyed this type of builds! And right now you’re the only the sims 4 builder that i watch 🥰 i wait for your videos everyday 😂 it helps me to sleep too. So thanks! ❤️

unsure if its due to limited space or a pack not working (i have zero sims knowledge) but wouldnt that one tile spot under neath the stairs work perfectly for a dryer and washing machine?
