The Frappé with soluble coffee is the most famous Greek coffee and is drunk in Greece at any time of day. Wonderfully cold, yet creamy and much lighter than the iced coffee version with vanilla ice cream. All you need is water, coffee, milk, sugar and a milk frother that can also froth cold.
