Hi, JM! We understand naman na ganon talaga kayo ng mga cousins pero I hope you also don't dismiss the feedback of many here. The concern is not about calling your cousins out (because there's nothing wrong with that). It's the manner in which it was done. You may not have realized it yet, but you've inadvertently exposed them to online criticism, which eventually backfired to you as well. Longtime viewers will understand your sentiment, but if someone discovers you for the first time via this vlog, it might leave them with a bad impression of you and your cousins. But happy to hear that all is well with you guys. We're still here to support you!

JM you are authentic, and I am sure you love your cousins, parents, sister, brother-in-law…nephew… thanks for sharing your life with us. Keeping your senior parents involved with your vlog is so endearing! ❤❤😊

JM, not to invalidate your feelings, but a more mature way to handle situations like this is to discuss it with them offline and complain less about them online. After all, your cousins have been very helpful to you and your family before, during, and after your move to your new home. Not justifying their behavior, I noticed they’re often late, but please cut them some slack.

+1 here. I hope JM doesn’t take this comment the wrong way. I’m a big supporter pero calling out his cousins publicly comes across as virtue signalling. I understand na ganon siguro talaga dynamics nila but it’s different kasi when it’s posted online.

⁠​⁠@@jujuxxihindi naman porket lagi nanglilibre eh pwede na ganyan yung trato niya. So parang bayaran yung mga pinsan? Paano naman yung mga ginagawa ng mga pinsan niya para sa kanila? Paglinis ng bahay, pagluto, pagsama sa errands, etc. Pero yes, mali pa din yung pagiging late. Sana sinundo nalang ni JM para hindi na siya naghintay ng matagal at sana hindi nalang niya sinama sa vlog. Kasi parang shine-shame niya publicly yung mga pinsan.

In my opinion, nakakasira kse ng mood yung over 1 hour na paghihintay. Yun na magiging focus ng gabi & ng vlog. In fact, JM wants to stress in his vlog about respecting people’s time.

Jusq yung mga nag cocomment 😂 wala naman awkwardness, all in good light. Ganun lang talaga sila magbiruan. Kaya mahirap talaga magshare ng life. Dami perpekto at puro mema. Kahit mga cuz chill lang jusmiyo ❤

Im also not okay with people who are verryyy late like more than an hour is nakakainis na. But… you have to be aware that this is youtube and your videos will remain as long as have it in your channel, so lahat ng makakanood negative na ang magiging tingin sa mga pinsan mo. It’s okay to correct people but make sure it’s in private, not in public like this. With lots of people will also share their thoughts on them. This is just my 2 cents about this. But will visit this cafe when im back at ph! Thanks for sharing!

Hi JM, it’s understandable to feel frustrated because they’re late, but I think addressing these issues privately might be more effective and respectful. Publicly calling them out can potentially strain your relationship with your cousins and might not come across well to your viewers. I also think it’s important to consider how these public rants might affect your viewers. Many of us come to your channel for a bit of escape and positivity. Of course, it’s your channel and your choice how you wish to handle these situations, but I just wanted to share my perspective as a loyal viewer who loves what you do.

I agree with JM, he is talking in general also, not only for his cousins…have respect to elders also, wasting their time waiting.

Hi JM, I know you we're frustrated with your cousins being late pero sana next time just talk to them personally and dont share your frustrations with them in your vlog. You're opening them up for people here in the comment section to bully them and say mean things na sana between you and your family nalang. Thanks! @Kewlnyx Yes but even so, di na sana on the vlog. Look at the comment section po. So many people saying bad things to JMs cousins as if kilala sila personally. Okay sana if in a nice way pagsasabi ng mga tao pero many people are already bullying them. Do you think thats okay? That should only be between them. Nangyayari kasi pinagtutulungan na ng mga tao. They dont deserve that. They are good people. Again, it should only be between JM, his parents, and their cousins. Thanks for your side though.

@@Kewlnyxwhile it is true, there is still a proper time, avenue, and manner of doing it. The way JM did it was very preachy and holier-than-thou. If someone’s watching JM for the first time sa vlog na to, ano na lang magiging impression nya sa mga cousins? Leaves a bad taste in the mouth lang. Also, hope JM doesn’t feel offended with these types of feedback. These are constructive criticisms too.

@@Kewlnyx "it is up to the people on how they should react" -- you're right, and that is why we should always be careful with what we do and say especially online. So yes, in a way, JM is responsible if his cousins get bashed because it was his choice to expose them online. Again, not tolerating the tardiness, but there's a proper way of doing things. This is coming from a place of concern. Also, if we're all for constructive criticism, why should we be averse to receiving it ourselves?

SociaL media is such a harsh flatform na hindi natin kayang controlin. I got JMs view at kahit ako imbierna ako sa mga late and lalo na sa work which is sa totoo lang normal na yata yan sa pinas. Pero dalhin mo sila sa abroad number 1 sa compliance sila. But on a very constructive way hindi talaga magandang tingan na i criticise mo ang mga cousins mo sa vlog kasi everyone can see it. Paano kung ako ang employer ng mga cuz mo tapos may ganun din pala na attitude sa work so ma confirm lang na ay tru pala late pala talaga palgi. Just hypothetical lang naman. Kaya di mo rin mapigilan ang mga followers mo na mag commenr kasi everything u said im sure may massabi sila. I guess once ang for all have a sit down vlog with ur cuz para malaman ang feelings nila for transparency ba

His cousins are all helpful and mabait but let's not invalidate JM's feelings too. I appreciate his honesty too, He seldom rants so it's ok. But having to wait for almost 2 hours with seniors in tow is never ok. He is just sharing his other side and that's OK and this will also serve as a good reminder to us all to always be on time and respect other people's time.

Sarap mag hang out jan sa 10/23.. i love their referesher and 10/23 sandwich.. we live 5 mins away lang sa 10/23 sometimes its traffic papunta jan because of they have construction jan sa my open canal kaya i understand kung late sila merz especially kapag galing ka sa aguinaldo hwy iikot ka pa, kase sa construction… sa mga taga malagasang we call that the new edsa sa sobrang traffic sa crossing papasok sa open canal… normally kme nga 5 mins away pede ilakad kapag naka 4 wheels it takes 30 to 40 mins dahil sa traffic sa crossing… So sa mga nag cacall out kay JM be kind.. his being honest and for sure di naman sinasadya nila merz kase di din nila control yung traffic

Please don’t pick on JM it is a natural thing to do if your cousin is late and made you wait for that long time. I mean kung close kayo ng cousin mo you can actually point out the inconvenience they made and to avoid it next time. I beleive the cousins are aware of their fault and would not make a big deal about it. As for showing it to the blog JM is just educating people about the importance of being on time, it maybe cousin or other people, one must learn that it is not okay to let other people wait. As for him ordering the food already he mentioned it in a way that in order not to waste more time, he ordered the food already. I watched how he showed his disappointment but didn’t see any arrogance but rather a normal human reaction especially from those who are professional and travels a lot. So stop making him feel guilty for trying to stick to his principles.

Di naman lahat dapat vina vlog. Yung pag call out mo sa kanila and make them as your drama content is so below the belt. Di excuse na close na close kayo. Pinapahiya mo sila in public. Spare them from the unnecessary hate kasi sila lang naman lagi content mo, without them your vlog will be so bland and lifeless. They were very helpful to you sa lahat ng vlogs mo and every chance you get, you diss their appearance, their quirks. So sad for them. They deserve better.

Everyone is too sensitive about him telling off his cousins for being late. They are a really close family and seem comfortable being open and honest with one another. His cousins help him a fair bit, but he is also very generous with them by the looks of it. It's a two way street.

Akala ko naman kung ano yung sinabi ni JM dahil sa comments ng iba, fair criticism lang naman sa mga pinsan nya yun kasi ang tagal nga naman nila naghintay and bad habit naman kasi talaga yun. Ako madalas din late pero pag mga tambay-tambay lang sa bahay ang gagawin and nag-a-update ako, bago ako mag-drive nagcha-chat ako, pag hindi naman ako ang driver, mas madalas ako mag-update para alam nila kung asan na kami.

Sa mga napanood ko na vlogs, pag may mga commitment sya, lagi sya maaga nagpe-prepare. Na-mention nya sa ibang vlogs nya na in the past madalas sya ma-late pero nung tumanda na sya, eh iniiwasan nya na yun kasi nga hindi magandang habit. Also, mild lang naman yung pagcall-out nya sa mga pinsan nya, wala naman syang sinabi na masama, he was just stating the fact na sobrang late sila. Also, halos 2 hours sila naghintay, malaking oras kaya yun, madami na pwede magawa nun. Also, kasama nya parents nya na may mga edad na, na hindi dapat pinaghihintay ng ganun katagal dahil mababa na mga energy nila at mas madali na mapagod. Buti kung sa bahay lang sila na naghihintay, sa restaurant sila pinaghintay na wala halos pwede gawin para maglibang-libang and hindi rin komportable umupo ng matagal sa mga dining chairs. Maganda nga na nilabas tong vlog na to para reminder kung ano effect sa mga pinaghihintay nung mga late dumating.

Buti pala sinama ni JM parents nya. Kung hindi, almost 2 hours sya mag isa sa cafe. Communication amd honesty is the key. Like if hindi pa makaalis, sabihin sa other party na later na sya umalis or what. If you really care for the other person, ayaw mo din sya mag mukhang engot maghintay.

Tama. Pati may kasama silang seniors na sensitive sa mga hamog. Insensitive sa feelings ng iba.

Napanood ko yung S&R vlog and super late din ng cousins niya for like 2 hours. This time they are late again, worse, may elders na waiting for more than 1 hour. They did not even look sorry for being late, or apologized for being late (hopefully nag sorry naman for being late). Pero nakakaloka, I salute your patience JM.

Kung lagi namang ganyan ang ginagawa na paghintayin kyo tpos pinayaya pa yong cla mamang at papang dapat iniisip nila yon. Hindi na cla mga bata. Mag isip naman cla. Sa knila kaya gawin.Buti sana kung c jm lng. Tapos nauntog pa c mamang . Talagang nakakainis. Sana on time na sa susunod. Pag gustong hindi malate , may paraan . Pag ayaw magbago maraming dahilan.
