For anchor bolts, do you know how to add different bolt types or at least remove the nut at the end of the straight bolt? Seems to only have Straight bolt (with nut on end), L bolt and J bolt available.

Since CADWorx Steel 2016 didn't have 3D anchor bolts I'm going to assume you're using CADWorx Structure 2017 or newer. Unfortunately what you get is what you're stuck with. Hexagon didn't give us a way to customize the 3D anchor bolts. Typically I don't even show 3D anchor bolts beyond a simple cylinder but if you want something more customized you might consider making your own bolts out of 3d solids.
