Sounds awsome. On my 2008 dts i did the resonator delete and changed to glasspacks and it made it worth the effort. Yours sounds awsome.

The amg tips I bought used for 300 the slp loud mouth resonators were about 150 and to have everything put on and welded was about 200$ all together so it’s say around 500

Are there specific AMG exhaust tips you have for that Cadillac? Because I looked “AMG exhaust tips” up on eBay and the only things that come up say there for Mercedes Benzes. Did you just those yours on your Cadillac anyways? Or are there certain ones you got?

Holy shit people are slow these days. Dude, they are made for the mercedes AMG. He just had them welded onto his pipes. They are just exhaust tips, they can go on any car as long as he has the right pipe width for them to fit.

I don’t think it will make much of a difference but you will have the look you could keep your exhaust on and do a resonator delete to get some sound but keep it quite as well.

Check your camshaft sensor most of the time that's what's acting up

He got a resonator delete. It’s the only way to make it sound whole n rough with these cars u don’t need to add a different one

Yes they definitely do. I wouldn’t recommend buying one and not expecting work also nobody likes to work on them which means you’ll be paying more to fix it down the Road than what the entire car it’s worth. They have multiple motor issues. Unless you’re getting something for a really good deal with less then 120k miles I would stay away

Ok I ended up buying it. I know that it has its problems but I bought a 2000 deville for 1500 and it only has 60,000 miles on it so I figured when I run into issues I would have already gotten my moneys worth from it

They changed the head studs in the DTS from 06-11 no more head gasket issues
