I have a 2018 Cadillac CT6 Platinum and the wireless phone charger is not working for Apple 13 Pro Max

Same here. Works with smaller phones. Pad not big enough to work with larger iPhone max.

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac CT6 Plug-in Hybrid last November . I asked around and told the QI wireless case for my I-Phone 8+ would work but it doesn't. The phone case doesn't work with the sweet spot of the charger. What case will work in my CT6 ? I-Phone 8 plus .

Good afternoon! Due to the increased amperage rate on the newer iPhones models (8, 8Plus, X) some may not be compatible with certain Cadillacs depending on the model year. The 2016 & 2017 models will not be able to charge without a wire. However, the 2018 model Escalade and Escalade ESV are compatible. Starting with the 2019 models, the newer iPhone models will be able to take advantage of the wireless charging feature. A case will unfortunately not assist in delivering the wireless charging feature. However, most of my clients that inquire about that feature also utilize the Apple CarPlay function which does require the client's phone to be connected via USB. Doing this will charge the phone; a slight workaround but one that my clients understand and do appreciate. According to our records, you recently had your Cadillac Escalade in for service.
