Great video. Look like you're enjoying the cadac. Thinking of getting one myself. Don't do any camping these days because I have a 3 year old, but I'm tired of using the charcoal bbg or a gas bbq grill which takes loads of cleaning. I mainly use a pan on a bbq so I'm thinking this would do nicely.

Thanks for the positive review. I make the videos as a bit of a hobby, but not too professional, just a lighthearted look at whatever I'm doing at the time, so it's nice if it's been of use to someone.

What kind of gas canisters should we use with it? I just bought one and I don’t have any idea of the canisters to use.

You can use any propane or butane threaded top gas bottle or canister from 500 grams upwards. The important thing is you need a gas regulator to fit the type of bottle you buy. When I was tent camping I had a 3.9 kilo bottle which is a bit big but lasts a long time but if space and weight is an issue then a 500 gram canister will work but may only last 4 to 5 hours. Propane is better for weather that is below freezing.

Do you need a windshield as it does not come with one?

It's not too bad as the lift up lid can be used to screen the wind but a screen would help. As with any outside gas burner the cooking time is going to be longer if its not screened when it's windy
