nice Manuel - Diffusa often gets overlooked but I think they're just as nice as the Willys. Was hoping to get lucky and maybe see M. Decipiens ssp. Camptotricha as it's one of my fav natural mam cultivars that only grows there in Queretaro! Great vid and looking forward to the Astro one next - p.s. did you see Cookie's Cacti latest video with soil/germ comparisons? Your soil mix won!

Hi Miguel😊🙌I enjoyed watching. I have 2 small Lophophora diffusa. They are really soft like the ones you squeezed in habitat because they're going through Winter dormancy now in my collection.

Tqvm for anor expose of d hidden world of d cacti in its natural environment. Never cease to amaze me. On anor note, I took up your advice to try and propagate d cacti in my collection. Guess wat, it worked!!! Such tiny little green dots, makes me feel quite accomplished. Tks so much. 😊

Im a fanatic collector of lophophora cactus for many years. It is more than only collecting it is now a way of life for me, part of my life. When i was very young, i bought one to eat but i didnt and kept it and start to buy more and more plants for my collection. In Europe it is legal to grow and buy/ sell them. Williamsii special from Huizache is my favorite . I hope you will visite huizache too and film the big clusters there

Don’t you think they are more plump and bulky because they are in habitat with a lot more foliage that decomposes and gives them more nutrients than most others get?

Miguel, great video. Quick watering question. I have a bunch of loph williamsii seedling. About the size of a pencil eraser. How much should I water them over the winter? They are on a window sill inside. Many thanks & keep up the great work! Happy new year

@@wesleymccabe7841you can allow them to completely dry and then sprinkle a few drops of water. Maybe try one pot and see how they react before watering the others.

I enjoy looking at the cacti but in my opinion you would do better cutting out the dramatic music. You can still spread knowledge about poaching without trying to make the viewer depressed.
