Can these be done without fat grips(I dnt have access to them)? Btw I remember Kassem using this for overloading bicep supination but he used a wide prime bar with 2 separate ropes, do you think a long rope would replicate that or it'd be more of a hammer curl type motion without fatgrip?

I think it is helpful to have the fat grips as something to challenge the supination and resist the motion! And yes, picked this up from my time working with N1.

@@PhysiqueDevelopment thanks for the explanation.Btw I have one more doubt about the male principles program that you sell on your site It is shown that it has four phases 0-4 but also it is written as a 6 week program. Is it like each phase are 6 weeks long?

@@Msreesaranyan Good question. It is 6 total weeks, but it is split into 4 different training phases, some lasting only a week or two. This exposes you to multiple training stimulus types and allows you to run the program repeatedly with more effectiveness and less plateau.

Are those fat grips on there?

Yes - on the end of each rope handle.
