How do keep the metal roof from lifting in high winds conditions. Are you installing long wood screw every few feet tieing roof sheeting thru the insulation into tongue and groove?

Yes, I have a lot of detailed questions also. Thickness of the EPS foam, 3 inch x 2 layers? What psi is it? Looks like it is walkable. Who is the mfg? I couldn't find R+ EPS Insulation on the web. Wondering what the cost savings is vs XPS. Are the foamboards just held down by the furring strips that make the air gap? The weight of the upper roof sheathing and roofing material will be more concentrated on those furring strips so I wonder what the math says about the compression on the foam. Still, it is entertaining to watch someone doing what I hope to be doing in a few years.
