I'm a lifelong vegetarian...but this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and sounds Heavenly Delicious! If I can get the victory over drinking soda pop, like Dr. Pepper and Cheese, and Dairy products like sour cream. Of course I love eggs which i make into Omlettes and scrambled and Potato Salad...but I eat TOFU also! I will definitely MAKE THIS DISH! It is so beautiful and looks LIKE IT COULD BE SERVED at any Olive Garden or other Fine Dining Restaurant! We will eat it at our table too!! Love and kisses!

Hi, I am Dr. Lubna from India.Wonderful and very easy recipes, very nourishing too.Only wanted to say that as the potato pie was flipped over a plate to be cooked on the second side, all the cooking oil was discarded in the sink and fresh oil was added to pan...that was wastage indeed!We could have tilted the pan, drained out the oil in another bowl and then flipped on the plate!

Tip: One way to remove the water from the cabbage if not only by draining or using a spinner is to place the contents in a clean tea towel and twist/wring the water out. Works for other similar needs as well.

I agree with jeanette. It is actually appealing on many sensual levels; drama with the green onions, a motif of salt sprinkling, the caressing of the eggs, both rolling and shredding. There is the mystery of not seeing your face, yet your figure is there. I do not think it is too slow, instead, measured, thoughtful. It seems that you asked yourself, what would an audience really enjoy. Thank you. I am midway through the recipe at this very moment. This is a production!
I love to cook, my grandmother taught me to cook "country style" for my Dad and I, I enjoy watching you prepare your dishes, that way I know exactly how you do it. I love salads and vegetables. I am Mexican and love cooking, but I am a baker, mostly. I add other items to make my cookies special, adding different flavors together for a different taste, sometimes it works out, sometimes not. I do love fried cabbage with vegetables and bacon. Mom made it delicious! I know she always added Mexican cheese. Traditional! I make fideo instead of Spanish rice. We all love onions. In our home, if you did not eat onions, don’t sit at the table!

It is very cold. I did not go to my grandson’s football game. 20 degrees in Denver. I stayed home and streamed the game, drinking chocolate and made a sandwich, Turkey and Muenster cheese with cream of celery soup. Tasty!

Your recipes all look delicious. I love cabbage and potato meals. Very cheap and easy to make.
in order not to cry when you cut an onion, you need to let another person cut the onion 😂
