Nidhi a simple suggestion for you, you want to explain everything (which you know) on a topic , please be specific and stick to the question asked by the interviewer else they will grill you in your answers. So just answer what has been asked to you.

The main concept the interviewer is asking about the itc the co gets on purchases and set off from the sale the business has made .due to this txn co has no burden of gst . Its only liable to pay income tax .so no cascading effect.

One reason:- GST is collected from Customers. So it's not a burden to Co. For that reason they charge under income tax on NET profit and collect from co.
