Sir, under Sec29, u said in absence of Chairperson, Senior MOst member will take decision however in this section it is written that Member choosen by the member present in the meeting will take decision........Senior most member concept is in competition act sir..please clariy

yes in hurry i have said cause it is mostly senior member in other chapters but for this chapter members chosen from the member present will be considered it is different in this chapter.
