Uske lie bhi CA in Practice hona jazuri hai clause says " CA in Practice AND in partnership with OR employed by him"

this restriction is not uncommon, even in CS and in every profession this restriction been imposed.

It's not only for CA only statutory audit CS krta hai wah pr bhi mention hai same cheej mention hai

Client is not concerned. They are concerned with lowest payment. They want all services but don't want to pay. Except audit report, nothing is lost. CAs are loosing the revenue because non CAs allowed to practice of CAs area. Unfortunately nobody is bothered.gradually, CAs will become only Accountants

With due respect sir 🙏Even in our CS Act , we have the same professional misconduct mentioned in schedule 1 and 2 respectively.

And that's how my frnds father works 😅...though now he is forced to be a ca even when he hated maths since beginning 😶...well we both r gonna give our foundation hope it goes well ...
