No worries Gravity, if you need the final thing you can get it from our Partron page otherwise just a glossy material with a bit of noise and veiny bumb should work for you. Awesome, Noob question, why bake the animation and not render directly ?

Good question mate, sometimes if you dont bake the animation the final render wont render correctly (it may turn out different from what you have in the viewport) It's not always the case but it's a good practice to get into especially if you're sharing files or rendering on other machines or render farms. So I am new to cinema4D and try to make this in cinema R23, but in this version I can't see any changes to the heart when changing the strengh of the bulge deformer...can anyone help pls? I would appreciate a fast answer since its for an assignment for school

Not sure if this helps, but I had the same problem. I had three separate grouped objects, making up the heart. After connecting them as one object, the jiggle deformer worked.
