Kennedy -George Bush (father) -Richard Nixon -Adlai Stevenson -Dwight Eisenhower -Ted Kennedy -Spiro Agnew There's a speech between the ones from Reagan and MacArthur that I couldn't identify properly. But I hope this helps a bit

It's not hip-hop, it's more breakbeat, which is a genre that makes use of hip-hop sounds mixed alongside others, which is pretty much what this song is. Check out C2C's website or lookup breakbeat on Wikipedia for more info.

It's breakbeat/turntablism. Electro Swing is renewing swing music, which this isn't doing. It's certainly not any type of trance. It uses a lot of turntable sounds and has a heavy hip hop/breakbeat relation.
