INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 cup
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 cup
* Oil ( तेल) - 2 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी)
For Filling:
* Potato (आलू )
* Frozen Corns (कॉर्न्स)
* Carrot (गाजर)
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
* Salt (नमक)
* Oregano+Chili flakes (ऑरेगैनो+चिली फ्लेक्स)
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
For Cheese Filling:
* Potato (आलू)
* Cheese (चीज़)
* Oregano + Chili flakes (ऑरेगैनो+चिली फ्लेक्स)
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक)
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
RECIPE:
In a bowl, put Wheat Flour, All Purpose Flour, Oil & Salt. Mix it & bind the dough by adding Water in it. Apply Oil on the dough, keep it aside for 20-25 mins.
For Mix Vegetable Filling, take a bowl, put some boiled & mashed Potatoes, ground Frozen Corns, finely chopped Carrot, Capsicum, Salt, Oregano, Chili Flakes & Black Pepper Powder. Mix them all then put some Pizza Sauce & mix it as well.
For Potato & Cheese Filling, take a bowl, put some boiled & mashed Potatoes, grated Cheese, Oregano, Chili Flakes, Black Pepper Powder & Salt. Mix them all.
Make the dough balls & roll them. Put a Cheese Slice on a rolled Chapati, then put Vegetable Filling, apply Water to its edges & fold it in square shape. Then roll it & roast it on the Tawa with Ghee/Butter/Oil.
On the another rolled Chapati, put the Potato & Cheese Filling, apply Water to its edges & fold it in a triangular shape. Roast it on Tawa.
In this way, Cheesy Pizza Parantha will get ready to serve.

Thank you for this recipe🙏 I usually made cheese parantha by putting only cheese and when kids started eating it gets cold and becomes hard but yesterday when I made it with potato and cheese filling together it comes out very yum 😋. My daughter love the filling and she told me to give only the filling to eat as snack.😄
