2 tips to easily understand the meaning of eruke or awareness in the practical sense *** important bcoz the nonstop noise from thoughts running in mind doesn't allow a comfortable experience of awareness ("experience of awareness" cud be a wrong phrase to use, but it's ok if my point is getting conveyed) (1) Run run run run... until body gets unbelievably tired. Sit. Automatically u will be 100% aware of the heavy breathing. The breathing becomes so important, that thoughts stop almost to 0 level (2) Swim swim swim swim... and stop at 1 end of the pool. That's it. Automatically u will be 100% aware of the heavy breathing. Such clear experience of breathing is the real awareness. If one can have such awareness in each and every life experience, life become miraculous But "manasu maata vinadhu" -- mind disturbs the "awareness attempt" a lot with nonstop thoughts No?

just finished Jonathan Livingston seagull book. it is nice but aatma darshnam still my favorite one. good effort in writing the book in telugu and sketches are super. polika enduku chesanante aatma darsanam chadivaka enkem chadavalani pinchadu .. oka vela chadivina ..chadivinatte untundi 80-90 %. this is Praneeth's Father which we met on Book release day . he is still remember you .. he says ..I love Risa but he do not know what u do ? what u write? bcz of his condition .....aakaranam ga he says I love Risa ..i do not know Why ?
