チョコアイス　200ml
卵　1個
ホットケーキミックス　100g
(甘さ控えめなのでお砂糖を大さじ1ほど加えても◎)
ホイップクリーム(お好みで)
いちご(お好みで)
(1)チョコアイスをボウルに入れてレンジで600W1分30秒ほど加熱する。
(2)卵、ホットケーキミックスを加えて混ぜる。(お砂糖大さじ2位加えると甘さが出る！)
(3)マフィン型にうつし、予熱したオーブンで170℃25分焼く。
(4)取り出し、ホイップクリーム、いちごで飾る。

200 ml chocolate ice cream
1 egg
100g pancake mix
(It's not too sweet, so you can add about 1 tablespoon of sugar)
Whipped cream (as desired)
Strawberries (as you like)
(1) Put the chocolate ice cream in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 600W.
(2) Add the eggs and pancake mix and mix. (Add about 2 tablespoons of sugar to make it sweet!)
(3)Transfer to a muffin mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 25 minutes.
(4) Remove and decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
